BCME-7 PUBLISHERS’ EXHIBITION
The BCME-7 PUBLISHERS’ EXHIBITION will be held at University Place, Oxford Road, Manchester on April 7th – 8th 2010.  
 
The official start to the exhibition on Wednesday is 11.15am.  Exhibitors can set up between 8.30am and 11am on this day.  Some delegates not attending the plenary or first sessions may choose to visit stands that are already set up.  (There is an opportunity for exhibitors to set stands up during Tuesday afternoon between 2.30pm-6pm if they prefer.)  The exhibition on Thursdays is open from 9am until 4pm.  Breakdown starts at 4.15pm.
 
It is anticipated that 500 plus delegate registrations from all areas of mathematics education, will be attracted.

All the mathematics subject associations join together for this event and most will not hold their Annual Conference during 2010; this is certainly the case for the ATM and MA.  Do you have products to advertise to our delegates that will assist them in their teaching and professional development?  If so the Publishers’ Exhibition is a great way for delegates to review your products.  

The exhibition is on Wednesday, 7th (9am-6pm) and/or Thursday, 8th April, (9am-4pm).  The exhibition will be located at the state of the art ‘University Place’ on Oxford Road.  Teas and coffees will be served in the exhibition space at break times.  Lunches will be served in the restaurant, which is accessed only through the exhibition area.  Delegates will have plenty of time to view the exhibition during refreshment breaks and lunches.

The cost of exhibiting is £375 per day or £600 for two days (VAT is not applicable as the conference is VAT exempt). You can also advertise in the Conference Handbook and have inserts in the delegate bags, please see the booking form for costs.  

Space will be limited and allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis so early return of the booking form is strongly advised in order to avoid disappointment. We regret we are unable to offer space for unattended displays.
